On delivery of your goods please take time to check over your package and its contents. If your goods have been delivered by a courier and the packaging or contents are damaged please sign for your delivery as ‘damaged’ and notify us of any damaged item(s) by telephone or email within 48 hrs.
If the item(s) has been damaged in transit you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt for exchange. Please email us for a returns form and return it with the goods. We will exchange the item(s) as soon as we can.
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Keep all the warranty information that accompanies your purchase as this may be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. Please note that HID lamps can only be returned as faulty within 10 days of receipt and must be returned in their original packaging. CFL lamps can only be returned as faulty within 10 days of receipt and must be returned in their original packaging. Please email us for a returns form which must be completed and returned with the item(s).
If we have sent you an incorrect item(s) please email us and ask for a returns form. Send the item(s) back to us accompanied with the completed returns form and we will send you the correct item(s) as soon as we can. If you would rather cancel the item(s), tick ‘cancel’ on the returns form.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Brit Crops. If you are not you may return it to us within 10 working days of the order date. The item must be in its original unopened condition, and it should contain all of its original packing materials, printed manuals and accessories intact. On receipt of the item(s) we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s) only. Please note that we will only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If the item is to be found not faulty a 10% restocking fee will be charged. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, faulty or have been sent in error.
